My name is Romans Ivanovs and I write and speak about growth, digital businesses, marketing and actualisation.
About me:
– Once I was paid with pizza for 3 weeks of work.
– English is my 4th language.
– I despised traditional education (school) and wasn’t accepted to the university 2 times in a row.
– At 22 I was sitting in a music studio (in Rotterdam, The Netherlands) realising that I would no longer pursue my dream of becoming a music producer.
– At 24, while working as a barista at Imperial College in London, my manager paid me to help her progress in her career. What a turn…
– At 25 my executive coaching clients included a serial FinTech entrepreneur, CTO of an A-series startup, A serial 8-fig eCommerce entrepreneur, a school teacher turned standup comedian, HNIW (25 years older than me) and an award-winning web designer and others.
– I sold £100k worth of educational products to Fortune 500 companies via cold calling in roughly 8 months (Tesla, Nestle, Roche, Lego, Toyota)
– I co-built a 6-figure travel agency on the back of social media communities. And travelled most of Europe.
– Then I built a boutique marketing agency working with startup and global eCommerce brands such as Commodity Fragrance, Smartwhip, SupplyLife, Swiss Toniq and many more.
Every business and project I’ve done was a way for me to learn about myself and the world.
I’m now building a growth consulting company and a growth studio (coming soon).
